What’s new at AZPG?

Sorry for the delayed post. We have been updating all of our computers to Windows 7 as well as getting our digital X-rays up and running in the rooms.

Technology aside, we have made a new improvement to our call system. Sometimes we can spend half of a day trying to get a hold of patients to confirm appointments and schedule new ones. This can be especially frustrating because our phone lines are always tied up. Thanks to Demand Force, appointment confirmations will now be made through email and/or text messaging (whichever you prefer). Now we can spend less time on the phone and more time focusing directly on you, the patient. It is our main goal each and every day to find new ways to best serve you.

So don’t worry if you receive an “unusual” email or text message from us. It’s not spam! 🙂 And if you prefer a good old-fashioned phone call like we used to do, please let us know! We love all feedback, both negative and positive. As always, we are still just a phone call away!
